This little taste of heaven is so relaxing and welcoming with it's garden like yard, pool and accommodations...and only 1 block from the beautiful and swimmer friendly Playas del Coco. If you want a secure and relaxing refuge without the hustle and bustle of a large hotel with tons of people, this is for you. It is slightly removed from the main shopping area of PdC but walkable with several restaurants within 10 minutes walk. I would definitely go back to Villa del Sol Boutique Hotel.

The room was clean and A/C worked great, and although the bathrooms are a bit cramped and outdated, they worked well for us. They have gated parking. The beach was a quick 4-5 minute walk away which was so nice, and you can easily take a path all the way to downtown. The pool was nice, though a bit warm for the weather! We were able to see monkeys jumping around the trees from the pool. Breakfast was EXCELLENT and staff was so kind! Would definitely stay again.

Loved this boutique hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable, we enjoyed the grounds of this hotel- such care and attention to the gardens made it a joy to be there, the pool area has plenty of sun & shade and is also spotless. There is not ocean view from my room, but I love the balcony open to the lush yard. The hotel is very close to the beach, only a few minutes walk, and away from the noise. It is a lovely small hotel with a beautiful yard, chickens and cats. It is relaxing, quiet and feels local. Breakfast is fresh, delicious, and free!
