Hotel muy acogedor, genial.
Todas las instalaciones son geniales, con gusto , yo creo que quizás merecería una estrella más pero subiría el precio. El personal es super agradable, amable y cercano, siempre dispuesto a que tu estancia sea placentera. Los pinchos son geniales y creativos. Buena carta para cenar en la cafetería, sube en el restaurante considerablemente, todos los platos abundantes y bien presentados. Yo repetiré si tengo que volver a la zona. Muy recomendable. Habitaciones amplias, camas comodisimas, sin ruido alrededor, tranquilo.

Hotel familiar a las afueras de Bilbao
Nos gustó el hotel, en una población a las afueras de Bilbao, en mitad del campo, y cerca de un polígono. Las instalaciones muy bien, con terrazas y carpas en el exterior, entre jardines muy bien cuidados. Muy tranquilo y sin ruidos. Imprescindible tener coche para llegar y desplazarse a Bilbao y resto de sitios, y también ideal para quien le gusta la tranquilidad. Fácil aparcamiento y gratuito en el hotel, y el desayuno y una cena que hicimos en el hotel, normal, acorde con un 3 estrellas. El único pero, aunque nos lo solucionaron al momento, es que nada más llegar al Hotel nos dieron una habitación individual con una cama de matrimonio pequeña, al igual que la habitación, cuando íbamos matrimonio y nos quejamos de ello y nos la cambiaron al momento por otra ya normal y bien y amplia y con la cama ya grande.
