We arranged a transfer through the property and due to us not receiving our luggage (we communicated immediately with the property and driver), after being told we'd only pay $150 euro, which we agreed to, once we arrived at the property, they tried telling us we needed to pay nearly $300 euro. We argued for at least an hour, with the owner of the driving company stating he talked to my husband and that my husband agreed to pay that price, which is an out right lie as our phones didn't work and we didn't speak to anyone.
Property staff did her best to help us but it was an unpleasant experience and in the end, lots of arguing etc. and we settled for paying $200 euro, which is wrong. The property employee told us the next morning that she and the owner split the difference.
As noted, you have to carry your luggage up stairs. Bathrooms are not located in your room, they're down the hall with other bathrooms. The facility is very basic and the door trim was hanging down above our door. During our stay, we opened the door and it came down. We immediately advised staff and her response was "what happened!?" I showed her it was hanging down, the same as on other doors.
It's fine for what it was but there are most certainly better options.
