We had a wonderful stay at Citrus Hotel in Tbilisi. Everything was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our experience. The breakfast was very tasty. The selection was not extremely large, but there was something for everyone, and everything we tried was fresh and delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We stayed on the 9th floor in a suite, and the view from our balcony was absolutely stunning. It was a pleasure to wake up and enjoy such a beautiful view of Tbilisi. The hotel also has convenient parking and a very nice restaurant with delicious food, which was a great addition to our stay. We highly recommend Citrus Hotel and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Tbilisi. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable♥️!

Hôtel idéalement placé et à proximité des musées et du Parlement. Calme et belles chambres. Dommage qu'un homme tres désagréable nous soit tombé littéralement dessus au moment du départ pour nous demander de revenir dans notre chambre pour un contrôle avant le départ. Dommage de garder dans un tel hôtel un homme aussi rustre...

Schönes Hotel, zentral gelegen. Junior-Suite war für die Kategorie extrem klein. Aber sehr sauber und gute Aussicht. Personal an der Rezeption denkt leider oft wenig mit, einfache Wünsche müssen lange diskutiert werden. Personal im Restaurant und beim Frühstück leider sehr unaufmerksam und unflexibel.

Below expectations.. It was our anniversary on 25.11.18 and had made a request at the time of reservation that I need a cake to be arranged on 24.11.18 midnight to give a surprise to my wife. Instead I got a shock when the people told me that it hasn't been arranged and I was being told to download an app to make an order. If at all I would have to do, I would have not asked for the assistance.. Room size were small and funny thing that I asked for an extra bottle water from room service and the lady told me it's chargeable. Which hotel charges you for offering an extra bottle of water unless water is considered to be a minibar stuff.. Overall disappointed with the hotel as looking at the reviews and pictures, I had high hopes but it was a disaster for the price I paid.. A legitimate advice, book Marriott or Radisson at such price, Atleast you are being treated and taken care well.

Very good hotel All around reciption room house keeping everything was fantastic as a matter of fact I am going back in a few weeks I have checked other hotels including 5stars this is The Best.
