The property is updated and clean. It’s an interesting concept. Apartment style rooms. The decor is minimal. I only stayed one night and it served its purpose. A longer stay would not be so comfortable. There is no warmth to the decor. The lighting is minimal and not bright. No over head lighting. The floors are cement with no area rugs for any kind of warmth. The kitchenette provides everything you need to cook a meal except for plates for eating. That seemed odd. There is no decor on the walls and the bathroom could use some shelves for toiletries. Just a few little tweaks would make this a higher rated property.

Would be a great property for anyone looking to stay and experience Bologna and the surrounding areas over the course of 3+ days. We stayed for 4, and think this is the type of property particularly well suited to longer stays, as it’s very much an apartment. I enjoy being out of the main tourist areas so this is perfect for that while still being a 15 minute walk from the city center and the Bologna Centrale station, which gives easy access to the rest of the region. Laundry in the building is a huge plus also for those trying to travel light. Would definitely stay again.
