This was my first time in Hanoi and I was a bit nervous about navigating the busy Old Quarter. Luckily, this hotel made everything easier. It’s in a prime location but not too chaotic, perfect for easing into the Hanoi vibe. The staff spoke excellent English and helped arrange a SIM card, currency exchange, and even booked me a seat on a Halong Bay day cruise. Everything felt very safe and manageable, even as a solo female traveler. I’d absolutely stay here again.

What stood out to me about this hotel was the location: there are so many amazing food options within walking distance. From bun cha to egg coffee to sticky rice and grilled fish, it’s all just a few blocks away. I walked to Train Street twice during my stay, and also visited the night market which is super lively on weekends. The staff here were so friendly and helpful, they even gave me a printed map with all the must-try local dishes marked. It made my solo trip so much more enjoyable.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family. Check-in was smooth, and we were welcomed with tea and local sweets. Every team member, from bellboys to receptionists was polite, helpful, and always smiling. We tried the hotel’s in-house spa and were blown away. I choose this hotel through a friend's recommendation. The location of the hotel is right in the heart of Hanoi, close and walking distance to all major spots. Very surprised by the service and atmosphere of this place. The staff was very friendly, enthusiastic to help and ask questions during my stay. All staffs always welcome us even gave us gilts before we leave. They even offer us a free shower services... just amazing

Charming and delightdul

Such a lovely experience! Staff was super friendly, the location was great and the room beautiful/ They're great about opening doors, greeting you, and front staff was very helpful. They kept my luggage after I checked out, and when I returned to the hotel to pick up my luggage, they let me use the shower, so I was able to board the plan feeling refreshed. Great hotel

Really superb place to stay in the beat of the old city. The staff were stupendous and facilities were excellent and clean.Great quality of breakfast, some of the best black coffee I've ever had in the morning. The hotel was well situated and nicely appointed, but the real treat was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. They take care of us from the moment we check in, asking about our plans and recommended tour information, city sightseeing. We would absolutely stay here again next time we're in Hanoi

I really enjoyed my stay at Hanoian Central Hotel because of the excellent service provided. I would like to specially commend Elsa for her wonderful customer service and helpfulness. While waiting for our room she went through the neighborhood map and pointed out the sites to see within walking distance. She booked for us a beautiful day trip Ha Long Bay. She also prepared hats for day tour, will ask you whether you need umbrella on raining day and will also recommend a lot of local foods to go. She made the whole trip of Hanoi better

Great value and hospitality

If you want a hotel that's well priced but doesn't compromise on quality, this is the place. The service was five star in terms of attention and care, and the rooms were well maintained. After days of travel, we tried the in house spa and were blown away by how professional and calming it was. The massage rooms were quiet and well scented, and the service was top notch. It was the perfect way to recharge before heading our to explore the bustling streets. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with several warm dishes and fresh fruits. Add to that a delicious breakfast and kind staff, we really couldn't ask for more

I came to Hanoi for a quick business trip and chose this hotel for its central location and it didn't disappoint. The staff made me check in smooth and even gave me helpful tips on navigating the old quarter. I was able to walk to my meetings, grab great food nearby, and return to a quiet and clean room at the end of the day. The wi-fi was strong, the workspace in the room was convenient, and breakfast always gave me a good start. Amazing

This was my second time staying here. I stayed last year and had a such a great experience that I knew exactly where to book when coming back to Hanoi. I was pleasantly surprised when whey offered me a complimentary upgrade from a superior room to one with a balcony. That small gesture made me feel so valued as a returning guest. Our room was spotless and well equipped and we appreciated the free daily bottled of water, coffee and tea, Everything else remained perfected: the friendly staff, the clean and quiet room, and the delicious breakfast. A gem in the old quarter

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Tucked away in a quiet corner of the old quarter, it offered the perfect balance of convenience and calm. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distances, local coffees, street food, the lake and even train street. The room was very clean and cozy and the breakfast was surprisingly diverse for a boutique hotel. We loved the daily rotation of hot dishes and the strong Vietnamese coffee. What stood out the most was the thoughtful service. Every questions we had was answered with care, and we always felt like the staff truly wanted us to enjoy our stay. We'll definitely come back

Excellent hotel

This little boutique hotel hotel in Hanoi is absolutely stunning! The entire staff including the bell boys, housekeeping and restaurant staff all get 5 stars! The hotel is so clean, quiet and a place that I highly recommend to anyone who is in Hanoi. As we enjoyed welcome drink and cake at the lobby, the hotel staff Quin Anh briefed us on the location of recommended places of interest and famous local street food with detailed map. She even what'sapp us a list of eating places recommended by hotel chef. She also provided the train schedule knowing that we planned to visit the famous train street. Upon our return from Ha Long Bay cruise, although we were not checking in and was just waiting for out transportation to Sapa, the staff still helped us with our luggage, served drinks, looked out for the arrival of our transport and sent us off warmly. If I came back to Hanoi, I would not hesitate to book this hotel again. Highly recommend!

Great way to enjoy the old quarter

Chanced upon this hotel while looking for a 4 star boutique hotel with good reviews. Never expect that the service and facilities would be so good! The hotel itself is pristine with fantastic accommodations and the entire team working there was so nice and helpful. They made the stay that much more incredible. Tu was who we worked with the most and she was wonderful, she gave us recommendations for things to do and eat nearby and they were all phenomenal recommendations. She helped us arrange travel and was always so kind. There's also daily buffet breakfast provided by the hotel, the spread/variety of food is good. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and will come back again!

Elsa made everything so smooth and easy

I had the pleasure of staying at the hotel for 3 nights and one of the highlights of my stay was the incredible support from Elsa at the front desk. She was warm, professional and always had a solution ready. Whether it was helping me book a last minute tour to Ha Long Bay, calling a taxi, or giving me directions to local street food, Elsa made me feel completely at ease in a new city. The hotel itself is spotless and located just a few minutes walk from all the tip sights in the old quarter. The hotel's level of service is on par with any 5 star hotel I've stayed in, and I honestly wouldn't stay anywhere else in Hanoi now. Elsa, thank you for making my stay perfect!

Perfect Stay with Great Tour Services !

We had a fantastic stay at this boutique hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Henry helped us book tours to Sapa and Ha Long Bay, and everything was perfectly arranged. The Sapa tour was amazing, with a well planned itinerary and a great local guide. The Ha Long Bay cruise was also top-notch, with stunning views and excellent service. After returning from our tours, we treated ourselves to the hotel’s spa, which was exactly what we needed. The therapists were professional, and the massages were incredibly relaxing. The hotel also offered happy hour deals for both the spa and the restaurant, making it the perfect way to unwind after long days of exploring. A truly hassle-free and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

Excellent Stay and Well-Organized Halong Bay Tour

This hotel is truly a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Henry at the front desk was exceptional, he helped us plan our itinerary, book transportation, and even surprised us with a small gift for our anniversary. His attention to detail and kindness truly made our experience unforgettable. One of the things that stood out to me was the Halong Bay day tour I booked through the hotel. I had done some research online beforehand, and I’m so glad I decided to go with their recommendation. The entire trip was very well organized, from the smooth pick up process to the high quality service throughout the tour. The guide was friendly and patient even when I was running a few minutes late, he waited without any complaints. The boat was clean and beautiful, and the lunch provided was fresh and tasty.
