Stay here

Woodmere Serviced Apartments is a perfect place to stay for short period of time and even better for an extended trip to Nairobi. The staff is friendly and attentive, the restaurant has good food, the pool area is clean and beautiful, all together I highly recommend this place for the price.

Room was clean on arrival. The staff at reception were great. Even though there should have been daily housekeeping, a full clean was not done during a four day stay. Towels/bedsheets/ water bottles were not changed daily.

We booked a 4 bedroom penthouse, but we were checked into a 2 bedroom which had a mouldy smell and not clean at all, towels had a mouldy smell and the beddings were not clean,i requested a refund since we had paid a price of a penthouse and i was told they would get back to me but never heard anything, super disappointed.front office staff were very friendly though.I never write reviews but i would hope woodmere would do the right thing and follow up like they said they would.
