The Lodge is nice, but it is wrong located on google. It is 35-40 minutes drive away from NCA. And you only can reach it with a 4WD car, because the last 4 km are a very bad dirt road. The staff at the lodge is very friendly, but the managment is terrible. They did not receive our booking. The staff at the hotel manged that we could stay, but later the managment wanted us to pay, althoughbwe had already payed to expedia. We talked to the mangement and showed our booking and paying confirmation, but they still wanted us to pay. We said that they should call expedia to solve the problem, but they did not. Finally we talked to expedia and finally it tooks the expedia customer service (which was really good) 2 hours to solve the problem and we did not pay double. We do not recommed this lodge, although we are sorry about the impact that may have on the staff, because they are very nice.
