After attempting to make coffee the 1st morning of a two day stay, I discovered the previous occupant had poured coffee into the water reserve which since had grown mold. That morning I requested at the front desk to have it replaced which they agreed to. Upon returning later that evening, it was not switched and again l made a request at the front desk for a replacement which would be sent up. No coffee maker arrived. The next morning I brought the coffee maker down and gave it to the front desk with no resolution or acknowledgment of the oversight, just offered some points “if” I had a Marriott account, and no offer to get coffee from their bistro. We will no be staying at this location again.
