Teníamos pagadz 2 noches, no pudimos llegar a tiempo y tuvimos que pagar nuevamente. Ademas de por entrar 2 horas antes también te cobran Pesimo

Es un buen lugar para llegar, bien ubicado, limpio, sin ruidos. Lo único es la persiana que requiere mantenimiento.

Ojalá pudieran retomar su anterior funcionamiento

Triste ver como van cambiando las prestaciones del hospedaje, una toalla muy sucia, el aroma qie te recibe es a sudor, y las sabanas arrugadas por ser de varios usos, lo importante para evitar contagios es la limpieza en esos artículos de contacto.

El hotel, es muy práctico y accesible, les recomiendo reparar los hoyos que hay frente a la puerta principal de acceso y entrada a la plaza y darle su mantenimiento a la fachada del hotel

Limpieza terrible y descuido de las instalaciones

La limpieza del Hotel Ibis es deplorable. La ropa de cama tiene manchas de suciedad, y de lo que parece ser sangre. En la primera habitación que me asignaron,(151), había papel sanitario tirado en el piso, junto a la cama, además, la colcha tenía una mancha de lao que parecía sangre. Me cambiaron a la 351 y... fue la misma situación con la limpieza de la ropa de cama; la funda de una de las almohadas tenía mancha percudida de mugre. La puerta del cancel de baño estaba colgada, no cerraba, se atoraba con el sardinel de la ducha. El extractor del baño no funcionaba. Las instalaciones del hotel, en general, están bastante descuidadas.

El personal amable, lugar limpio, buenas instalaciones, buen estacionamiento, seguro, lugar bien ubicado, desayuno aceptable. Solo que en promedio con los hoteles de este tipo, se ahorran el detalle, es decir, no te ponen en la habitación, agua, café, jabón, shampoo, toallas para la cara, etc y ni en el lobby café continuo.
