O quarto é funcional, sem surpresas. A limpeza é bem feita e a arrumação também. Café da manhã bom e internet boa. Enfim foi disponibilizada uma sanduicheira de tamanho e porte suficiente para o volume de hóspedes. Porém, agora o ar condicionado não é mais regulado pelo hóspede de acordo com seu conforto. A temperatura máxima que podemos ajustar é 24°C. Acima disso está bloqueado, nem pedindo à recepção. É isso ou tem que desligar quando fica frio demais... Durante a noite tem que levantar para desligar/ligar, conforme a necessidade. Reclamei 3 vezes e não adiantou nada!!! Depois de anos frequentando esse hotel, provavelmente vou experimentar outra opção em Taubaté.

Hotel super novo, com instalações excelentes. Somente quanto ao carregador elétrico para veículos que é cobrado uma taxa única de 52,00 não importa se vc carregará 5% ou 100%, não compensa. E também o estacionamento é cobrado sendo que não há nenhum serviço de manobrista ou algo do tipo. Acho que o hotel pode repensar em nesses pontos. Obrigada
