Leland Lodge is a small business that was great at communicating during our stay. After hours check in was seamless. The room was beautiful and spacious. Breakfast is cold options- cereal, yogurt, fruit, muffins and oatmeal.

Such a cute little lodge. Great start to our trip to the UP. We enjoyed sitting out side in the evening overlooking the golf course enjoying a bourbon from the bar. Great coffee in the morning and fresh blueberry muffins. And I may never forget the cookies!! Such a great place.

The Lodge was fantastic, close to everything but tucked away from the crowds. Walking distant to lake and shopping. Sits on a beautiful golf course. On site restaurant is very convenient. Staff is very friendly and the lodge is very clean. Still has old time charm of a lodge, but is covertly updated with all amenities you would need. Super clean and well appointed. Will def return.

The Leland Lodge offers a lovely comfortable stay with much attention to the small details that make a difference. You are given free cookies and water when you check in and there is a refrigerator with free water, soda and yogurt for guests as well as free muffins and coffee during the breakfast hours. The beds were very comfortable, the AC worked extremely well and it was nice to have a small refrigerator and microwave in the room. If you need a ride to town instead of walking the 2-3 short blocks, the hotel staff will kindly give you a ride in their golf cart. There are bikes to be borrowed, you can walk to a couple of beaches and there is a lovely view of the surrounding golf greens from the hotel. This is the kind of hotel you return to year after year.

Very well kept historic but updated propriety. Room was a fantastic size and bed and pillows were wonderful. Nice touches during check in and any minor issues that came up were handled with care. Each am they had a delicious continental breakfast including local blueberry scones and muffins.
