La mejor estancia en Creta

Estuvimos en el apartamento que está apartado, en la calle de atrás, y era muy bonito, estaba muy limpio y con muchísimos detalles (fruta, agua, café, leche,…). Lo peor es el ruido del piso de arriba, pero todo lo demás compensa. Eleutheria es maravillosa, cuando llegamos nos dio todo tipo de indicaciones, se nota el cariño que le pone a su trabajo y al hotel en cada detalle. Totalmente recomendable.

La habitación excelente el personal excelente, pero en la habitación que me tocó el ruido en el segundo piso era excesivo al grado de no dejarte dormir, hasta muy tarde en la noche y muy temprano en la mañana. El estacionamiento es otro tema, si no traes vehículo estás en el centro cerca de todo pero si traes coche es un dolor de cabeza encontrar espacio para estacionarlo, de ser así buscaría una opción en las afueras.

Es la mejor bien venida que me andado… Eh estado viajando por un mes. En este lugar mas que un hotel me sentí como es casa!! El lugar tine una belleza única y esta Muy limpio… Esta super céntrico en medio de todo y puedes caminar tranquilamente… La central de auto bus esta muy cercas. No necesitas estar pagando taxis o rentar carro. Solo fui por 2 dias, pero me hubiera gustado quedarme otro mas. La dueña del lugar es una señora con mucha clase y elegancia y muy detallista.. se puede sentir en el lugar en cada detalle que tiene en el lugar y para los clientes!! Es mejor que un lugar de 5 estrella. Yo le doy 6 estrellas 🌟.

My wife and I were staying at the Plaza Di Pietro for two nights and we were regretting that we didn’t get another few days there. Nice location, very friendly staff, and the room was very beautiful. Definitely I would recommend this place if you’re going to Crete.

The location was very central, and it was very charming and unique. The amenities and information Eleftheria provided were great surprises and very welcoming. I would recommend someone to stay here. Only downside was regarding parking. Because it’s in the part of the city where cars are not allowed it was very difficult to navigate to a parking area and drag our luggage a long way. And the public city parking limits are difficult if you don’t find a free lot.

Très bon accueil et chambre très bien décorée et équipée. Le logement est très bien situé près du port dans une zone piétonne. Nous avions une voiture et nous avons dû la garer à plusieurs centaines de mètres ce sui peut poser problème avec de gros bagages. Un peu de bruit provenant de la cuisine du restaurant voisin et des personnes marchant sur le plancher de l'étage au-dessus.

The team that runs this place is amazing and the owner is a wonderful woman. I really enjoyed my time here and I felt at home. Will definitely stay here again. Just note there is no elevator and the building has 3 floors.

This is a great hotel. It was exceptionally clean, the staff was very nice and helpful, plus the building is very unique. The roof garden is nice too. We were given a welcome wine bottle plus fridge items. The toiletries were nice as well—real shampoo and conditioner, not combinations. We faced the street as we booked last minute, but it wasn’t too noisy. We absolutely would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was extremely comfortable, the air-conditioning worked perfectly. Had a beautiful balcony to look out of. And it was very clean with daily treats, being left and flowers on our pillows. The staff was extremely helpful with information on where to eat, where to go for the best beaches and information on the areas .Very friendly, very helpful. However the best part, was the queen of the castle Voula the cat!

Would recommend Palazzo di Pietro to anyone!!!! What a fantastic place to stay. The location is perfect, very close to the harbour, yet very quiet. The room was extremely clean and staff provided housekeeping daily. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond, providing us with an umbrella and beach towels for the duration of our stay. On our last day, we were catching a late ferry, and the staff were happy to store our luggage for us. 10/10 experience! Can’t say enough good things about our stay here!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) Sehr nettes und liebes Personal! Die Zimmer sind super schön, gemütlich und „schnuckelig“. Sie sind zwar etwas älter, aber dafür wunderschön traditionell eingerichtet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und auch die Kissen sind super angenehm. Absolut empfehlenswert!

The welcome was so thoughtful. The owner did not just hand us a map and keys. Rather she thoroughly oriented us to the city and its history, told us the regions of the old city to get the best deals on quality products and meals, and was lovely to interact with for our whole stay.

I see no reason why this place would be rated less then a 10. Fantastic staff, beautiful authentic structure, decorated to suit the originality and likely the best location one can ask for. As a traveller, every now and then you come across a place that feels like home. Speaking for myself. this has been one of them.

A beautiful room in a historic centuries old building. Clean and comfortable with careful attention to every detail. The location was right in the heart of the old city. The owner is a great lady willing to help or provide information. The worst thing about our stay was that we couldn't stay longer.
