My room was quite good, but the carpeting is stained and should be professionally cleaned or replaced. The staff was helpful. The 6.50€ breakfast in the attached restaurant was worth it, especially the buffet spread on Sunday. The location really worked for me because I could walk to and from the train & bus stations. Being next to Sea Garden was also a big plus. There was some entertainment noise from the restaurant's patio on weekend nights.

The hotel is very clean and in an excellent location. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Couple of minutes walk from downtown and from the bus station. Beds are comfortable and linens clean. The only thing we were missing in our room was a mini fridge. The hotel alao has a fitness area in the basement with a sauna. Wie will be coming back, thank you!

Oda ve otel temiz. Ancak otel personelinin ingilizcesi çok zayıftı. Sağlık sebebi ile buz akülerini dondurtmak istedik kaldığımız diğer otellerde personel yardımcı olmasına rağmen bu otelde yardımcı olmadılar. Minibarda hiç soğutmadı. Otel çıkmaz sokakta olduğundan araba ile ulaşım zor oldu. Arabayı marinanın oradaki otoparka günlük 10€ ya park edip baya bir valizler ile yürümek zorunda kaldık. Otelin camları açılınca içeriye sinek ve sivrisinekler akın etti. Bu otelde bir daha kalmayı pek düşünmüyorum.

One night stay in Burgas

We had a pleasant one night stay at the hotel Luxor which was ideally located close to Burgas bus and train station and minutes from the centre where you can find great bars and restaurants.Also close to the Sea gardens and beach so 5 * location.The hotel itself is a little dated but the room was very clean and comfortable and staff were helpful and friendly Breakfast was offered for an additional payment of 7 leva per person at the Veronique restaurant adjoining the hotel.This was excellent value and quality with several choices and coffee or tea iincluded in a beautiful restaurant ( see photos). Would recommend this hotel for short stays in Burgas!

Hotel decent, breakfast awful.

A good stay. Very good price. Beds were not that comfortable but still decent nights sleep had. Main point for us was breakfast.... although out of season and apparently different owners had taken over the restaurant, breakfast was a joke. Cold, nothing like menu and arrogant service when questioned. So overall. Hotel decent, breakfast awful.

Good Value but conditions need improvement

The receptionist (elderly lady with darker long hair) at the time of check-in was not customer friendly, not very professional, and didn't provide full information. However, the hotel's manager and maintenance staff were very polite and friendly - compensating for the receptionist. The location and value are great. But the rooms are dated (old and need refurbishment) and not the cleanest. I would consider staying again at Luxor, but may not be my first option.

Good Stuff but Crumbling Hotel

I dod not enjoy my stay in hotel Luxor. The staff was very friendly and helpful, however the hotel itself was horrible. Armchair in my room was 20 or 30 years old, the pillow was as hard as bricks. Bed was uncomfortable. Gym was rundown.

Great location, decent 3 star with parking...

It's a great location and they have a parking lot on the back side of the hotel for 20 BGN day. You can go in and out freely. The sheets and towels were clean. The mattress cover under the sheet was filled with hair. Yuck. Also the lounge chair was dirty and worn. Also yuck. They could also clean the carpets. Otherwise for a 3 star hotel, it's very good.

Penny-pinchingly miserable. Everything was “cash only” and “you have to pay”. Of course I’ll pay for service and supplies, however, this hotel is about as unwelcoming as it could be. But easy 5 minute walk to the bus and train station, and an excellent restaurant - cash only, of course.

The hotel is close to city center and the park, leading to the beach area. The room in the hotel was very nice, AC did its job very well. The fitness facility in the basement was alright. Personnel were very friendly and helpful.

Das Zimmer und die Lage top! Es gibt kostenloses Dampfbad. Es ist alles wunderbar renoviert. An der Rezeption arbeiten alles junge, ruhige, soweit freundliches Personal. Ich war auf der 2. Etage.Diese Putzfrau macht die Zimmer teils nicht, die Betten unprofessionell wie wenn es ein Kind gemacht hätte, ganz schlimm. Gläser und Tassen dreckig, aber zugedeckt mit einem sterilen Platzilsäckchen Geht gar nicht. Als ich ihr ihre inakzeptable Arbeit zeigen wollte war sie frech und noch schlimmer die Chefin verschanzte sich im Büro. Sie wollte nichts sehen oder mit mir spechen. Unglaubliche Zustände! Noch nie sowas erlebt! Als Gast nichr eenst genommen und stehen gelassen.Die Zimmer wären so schön.....

Odalar çok küçük. Tam anlamıyla bir karavanda kalmak gibi. Odada 2 kişi aynı aymda hareket etmek imkansız gibi birşey. Tek kişi olmama rağmen gece cam açmadan yatmak imkansız. Kısa süre sonra ciddi havasızlık yaşıyorsunuz. Yatakda en ufak bir harekette gacır gucur sesler geliyor. Bu şartlar fiyatının daha ucuz olması gerekir diye düşünüyorum. Belki 1 ya da 2 gece konaklamak için tercih edilebilir.
