Just a few minutes’ walk from Termini Station. That’s it. Here’s the downsides: the bald man who works there is quite rude, speaks to guests disrespectfully, and has absolutely no understanding of what hospitality means.
The luggage storage service after check-out is completely ridiculous. You simply leave your bags there without any receipt, they are left unlabelled, and if a different staff member is on duty when you return, they may not even know which bags are yours, so everyone could potentially take yours.
The rooms are very noisy, making it almost impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Each floor has a gate that guests have to open to access the rooms, and people constantly slam it shut.
The housekeeping staff were quite polite, but the cleaning was inadequate. When I arrived, I found crumbs from a croissant on the sink and a stain on the bedsheet that remained there even though the room was supposedly cleaned every day (see attached photo).
There was also a likely bed bug issue, judging by the bite marks on my leg (see attached photos). I first noticed them one morning after waking up, and they are still visible almost a week later.
To make matters worse, the city tax was not transparent at all. The amount charged differed from what was indicated on the Expedia receipt (see attached photos).
Oh, and I almost forgot: the breakfast is anything but international. There are only a few basic items, mainly fruit, yogurt, and cereal.
Overall, I do not recommend it.
