Very nice place to stay, close to town and places to eat. We would stay here again if in Provincetown.

The location is beautiful, overlooking the salt marsh, and a half mile walk into P-town. The rooms are small but clean, and don't have adequate closet space and a place for suitcases. The continental breakfast was really nice our first morning, but the staff member in charge of that no-showed our second morning. A sweet housekeeping staff member filled in eventually and did the best she could to find the supplies to put out.

The location is perfect for exploring on foot or by bike. The atmosphere is truly unique and incredibly relaxing. Peace and quiet are part of the experience and every little detail has been thoughtfully designed to make your stay enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful setting. Helpful staff. Room was comfortable and clean. LOts of hot water. Only caveats--splitters not my favorite AC but there was no central air so necessary. Breakfast could use a hot dish.

Rooms were clean, staff was extremely helpful. Rooms are on the smaller side, we would have liked a counter or something for our suitcase. Also you can hear every step people take on the stairs if you’re staying in room 6.

Lovely place to stay. We had a first floor room with balcony. Great views. Staff absolutely lovely. Breakfast each morning. Fire pit lit each evening. Free bikes to borrow were a nice touch. Would love to return!

The staff was amazing and very helpful. The property has a very beach vibe and gorgeous views. My one cautionary note is that the platform beds are very hard for older people to get in and out of. Had we known we would have asked if they had more accessible accommodations

Everything about this hotel was an amazing experience! We will definitely be coming back! I loved the office where you could get a bunch of delicious drinks on tap (I loved the teas!!!). I also love how nice everyone at the hotel was and they were all super accommodating! The free bikes were an amazing plus for our trip, and every night you have access to a bonfire and s’mores! I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Sadly we only stayed for only one night, but I know we will be back and for longer!

The hotel is very charming but the layout of the rooms is a bit challenging if you’re staying for a long period of time. Not much closet space and very little hanging areas. Otherwise the hotel was great. Staff is very friendly and attentive, property is lovely and pool is nice. Only other issue I’d point out is the location. If you’re into walking in Ptown like we are it’s a bit difficult at night. You have to briefly walk along highway 6 to get to the hotel and it’s very dark at night. We had to use flashlights on our phones while walking along that area at night.
