Amazing.

Amazing hotel, yeah its old but it's clean and it includes a decent and healthy breakfast. Coffee is trash but who cares, service is polite and friendly, room is spacious and bathroom is ok. If you're not very pretentious this is what you need wjen visiting Goteborg, it's very conveniently located. It even has a sauna and a gym, though the gym is a bit outdated and trashy lol. You can even have tasty thai dinner at the hotel's restaurant, it's excellent and cheap.

The staff were nice and friendly. The room though I get that I can’t expect much as it is a budget friendly hotel but I at least expect it to be clean and decent. The breakfast was good. However the room felt out of date, the bathroom was dirty and falling apart with molds on the side, and the bed sheet didn’t even fit the bed.

Friendly staff. This hotel was built in the 1950s (no renovations completed) - DO NOT expect anything lavish. The rooms are very old and outdated, including the bathrooms. No mirror in my bathroom, either. Soap dispenser in the bathroom did not work. Noise was an issue in my room - You can hear the other rooms on either side when the water is running (showering, flushing toilet). Heating in the room did not work. I stayed for 2 nights and unfortunately I would not stay again.

The lobby is nicely decorated and clean the room however was poor. It was on the first floor was dated with stains on the floor and light switches. The room smelt of smoke as it had a covered balcony which was used as a smoking room with cigarette burns on the chairs. As it was on the first floor people would be outside the room window on the street smoking which added to the smell. They did offer us another room but decided to leave and book somewhere else. It was a bit out of the way and a 20 minute walk to the city centre and it was a steep hill on the way back.

I had a terrible stay at Dialog Hotel Örgryte in September 2025. My first room was infested with bed bugs — I woke up from a crawling sensation and discovered that the entire bed was covered with bed bugs. I immediately reported this, but the staff’s indifferent attitude made it clear this was not a new problem. I was moved to a second room, but it was just as bad — insects (e.g. silverfish), filthy bathrooms, and a terrible smell throughout the hotel. I provided the hotel with clear evidence, including photos of the bites and room, a medical certificate, and detailed documentation, yet my complaint was completely ignored. Expedia did contact the hotel on my behalf, but nothing was achieved except a refusal to issue any refund. The whole experience was not only disgusting but deeply distressing. I paid almost €600 for 4 nights that put my health at risk. I had to seek medical treatment when I got home due to my entire body being covered with bed bug bites. Instead of proper compensation, the hotel offered me a mere €90 voucher, which I rejected outright – as it is entirely inappropriate. I will most definitely never stay at this hotel again. Their lack of responsibility and care was shocking. If you care about your health and well-being, please avoid this hotel at all costs. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

God frukost och trevlig personal men slitet rent generellt och på vissa rum luktar det avlopp från badrummet. Svårt att få tag i receptionspersonalen som jag tror gör många andra arbetsuppgifter samtidigt och finns inte alltid vid disken. Men man får vad man betalar för och det är värt pengarna!
