So I had originally booked three nights at this location. My flight got in late, so I arrived at 10:40 in the evening to discover that my room did not have a toilet or shower in the room… I was expected to use a communal bathroom out in the hallway. Of course, none of this was mentioned in the description of the property. The owner said that she offered to change my room, but there was confusion on that issue.
In any event, I checked out the next morning, and walked away from my last two nights.. Expedia says that they are working on a partial refund, but we will just have to see. The owner seemed nice enough, but the property needs to be clear in guests expectations.
