Equipe de funcionário educados e prestativos. Porém, o hotel é muito barulhento durante a noite, do terceiro andar se escuta qualquer pessoa que chega na recepção, a janela forma uma goteira que fica pingando a noite toda. O café da manhã com quantidades e equipes muito mal dimensionadas. Parecia uma zona de guerra pela manhã com as funcionárias tentando dar conta. Mesas sempre sujas, buffet sem reposição. Em resumo o hotel teria potencial para prestar um ótimo serviço e tem uma boa localização, mas minha experiência foi bem negativa, não voltaria.

As janelas do quarto imensamente sujas, imundas, de brancas estavam literalmente pretas de sujeira. O hotel não tinha uma taça p disponibilizar ao hóspede p tomar um vinho, tinha q comprar a taça. O iogurte no café da manhã pegamos vencido, avisei a cozinha e retiraram TODOS os iogurtes. E no quarto não há 1 copo p beber água, com certeza não voltarei! Já fui em vários hotéis, mas esse superou.

Destaque negativo para o café da manhã: nos perguntaram que horas íamos tomar, agendamos para às 09h e chegamos às 09h10. As mesas disponíveis estavam sujas, cheias de louça usada, durante todo nosso café ninguém recolheu a louça deixada por outras pessoas. Faltou xícara, faltou copo, faltou talher, precisávamos implorar para trazerem mais da cozinha. Isso foi 50 minutos antes de encerrar o café, ou seja, ainda precisariam repor muita coisa. Péssima experiência no café da manhã desta vez.
