The hotel is alright, but the attitude at the front desk, the attitude of one of the managers, and the hostess at the bar on the 21st floor is terrible, never a good morning, good evening etc.. the make you a favor to attend you as a guest, they have the minimal effort to give you a good service and make you comfortable. One night after 12 hours of being out of the hotel, we open the room and it was exactly as we left it, nobody did the room and their pretext was that we left the “do not disturb” sign which it was not true, the sign was inside the room when we arrived. They told us they can only change the towels and no cleaning or making the bed, of course we did not accept it and they took a half an hour to make the room, they gave us zero attention and we had to wait and sit at the lobby. At the bar on the 21 floor we wanted to seat on a table, the two hostess told us that the tables where reserved, I told her that we are guests at the hotel but she told us we have to take our drink standing in the bar because the stools were full, we finally got to seat at the bar and we stayed there for an hour, the tables that where supposed to be reserved stayed empty for the whole hour, we as guests deserve better attention, it is a shame to deal with clueless people.
The porters are extremely helpful and always ready to assist👍👍
I am sure I will not consider this hotel for our next trip, bad attitude and bad service can not be accepted when you are paying for a service.
