Me siento estafado. El hotel olia muy mal, habitacion sucia, muchisimo frio no funcionaba el aire caliente. Wifi dijeron que habia pero no habia. El agua caliente costaba que saliese, la puerta de la habitación no cerraba bien se veia desde fuera. Lamparas rotas cortinas rotas, suciedad en los rincones... horrible experiencia encima caro.

Horrible séjour dans un hôtel vétuste et mal entretenu où tout est cassé, démonté, sale et dysfonctionnel, avec des employés sans aucune notion de service ou de capacité de communication en dehors de l'italien. Une équipe désorganisée dans un hôtel à fermer définitivement pour réhabilitation totale. Rien à voir avec les images de promotion mensongères par rapport à la triste réalité du lieu.

Room wasnt as expected, for a so called "deluxe room" as well as being away from the property. The bathrooms were quite neglected and the rooms had some mold. The majority of staff were fairly helpful and kind but the cleaner seemed very angry and seemed to direct this onto guests. Overall, the hotel was away from the hustle and bustle, This was really nice. Yet, it was fairly accessible too. The small restaurant was quite picturesque although we didnt eat there.

There was no air conditioning in the room. The landlord knew perfectly well that the air conditioner was broken, but pretended to offer to turn it on for us. I would have felt more at ease if he had just told us directly instead of lying. That night, the temperature reached 90 degrees Fahrenheit (about 32 degrees Celsius), and I tried opening the window for ventilation, but there were a lot of mosquitoes, and the landlord said they didn't have any mosquito repellent.

Save your money. I have never been in a worst kept place before. They obviously have not vacuumed since the building was built in the 1600’s, there was literally dirty bandaids hanging on the ac unit. They promised we could use the ac, but no, it was mandatorily set by them. The WiFi was non existent. The guy at the desk, when I brought up issues, instantly turned to rude and said “write to this email for refund then” I have since wrote to them, and another employee even said to do the same thing, and they will not respond nor refund. I would not recommend this place at all. Especially for the money. Disgusting, terrible service, and a major waste of money. Please do yourselves a favor and do not stay here.

Pretty basic, shower didn’t heat up and power cut off through the night. I couldn’t change my air con/heating as there was no remote to allow me to do this and the buttons didn’t work. Shuttle is apparently €140 but wouldn’t know because no one got back to me about it. You’re just as easy walking (25 mins) from the bus station to the hotel.

Beautiful property on the canal. Three large windows that can be opened to let in the breeze. Very quiet, picturesque area. Walking distance from all major sites. Very welcoming staff walked us to the room and showed us around.

Complaints about hotel Messner in venice We thought the hotel would be a nice four star hotel but it´s not even a one star hotel. Description on web-site is totally not accurate and all of our complaints were just answered with a sorry but we don’t care. Read some earlier complaints and they are about the same. What are the complaints? 1. There is no wifi… complained the first day, complained everyday… never got fixed and the receptionist lied about they had someone to fix it.. how do I know? Saw the router, its not plugged in. saw comments on your website that the wifi haven’t been working for a long time. I lost a lot of money because of this as I was planning of have some customer meetings. So statement on the website a pure lie 2. The ac never worked, it was extremely hot. We have not slept an entire night since we arrived. Read comment a while back were guest had the same complaint, said they had 31 degrees on the room. So statement on the website a pure lie 3. The TV does not work… never have. Might be connected to the wifi, I don’t know, but don’t state you have satellite tv if you don’t even have local. So statement on the website a pure lie 4. My bedpostlamp doesn’t work.. I usually do some reading in bed before I go to sleep. Not possible. Complained. No one cared.So statement on the website a pure lie And this is the story of this crappy hotel, no one cares… We even talk to a couple who checked out and move to another hotel because their room was smelly ( ours

Great location for visiting Venice. 10 minutes walk to the water taxis, either on the Grand Canal (and then a 5 minute boat ride to the Piazza San Marco) or in the other direction to the Venetian Lagoon. Restaurants and bars close by and a 20 minute walk gets you into the tourist centre of the city. The Hotel was clean and tidy, the food good and the staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again.

AC is terrible! Had to turn on a fan I carried with. Finding the hotel is a bit confusing they have 4-5 properties all same name and the one that's hidden is the one with staff so you around looking for where to go for a bit before finding it. Also room smelled a bit like cigarettes... Otherwise location was great and view from room was great

The first room I got was basically worst than a hostel in 3rd country. Smell of toilet, sockets falling apart, door that could be open just by a simple push, window at street level without any security, wifi not working, all bathroom and toilet appliances falling apart. After long protest I was given a room in main building. Old, dusty, bed linen with insects... shower without hot water for 5 days in a row, poor wifi stability... the only good thing in that hotel was the location.

Hôtel bien place. Serveur brun très sympathique et a l'écoute. En revanche taxe de séjour non conforme à ce qui était prévu a la réservation. De plus 3 taxes pour le repas alors que nous n'avons pris que 2 repas. Qui devait être remboursé le lendemain mais nous n' avons mangé ailleurs. Dommage.

An overly warm welcome.

The location of the hotel was wonderful and in cooler weather I would give a better review. The air conditioning did not work and for 4 of us in one room we suffered. Over 2 days we asked for something to be sorted but it fell in deaf ears.
