Great for all including family on budget Good 1. Location near bundaran hi station and mega malls 2. Local eateries and very decent food at great price 3. Room have everything you need; clean toilets and towels, clean beds, daily housekeeping, fridge, tv, closet and heater tank for nice warm shower. Daily breakfast also provided. Tried and was served authentic indomie with sunny side egg and hot tea. 4. Friendly staff willl take care of you well. Thank you, aunty Aeni! Not so good (potentially) 1. Nothing i can think of. Except maybe no lift for those bringing large luggage and senior travellers. But i bet the staff will help carry up the few stories.

最低限は保たれているが、、、

写真に嘘は無いが、写真よりかなり古くなっている。1階の部屋だったが、外に面した窓は無かった。 清掃はそれなりにされているが、白い壁の為、汚れが目立つ。タオルは洗濯されているが、かなり古い。まぁ、値段を考えれば仕方ないし、なんとか許せるレベル。 一番の問題は、21時でフロントに誰もいなくなってしまう事。夜に出かける旨を伝えると、外の門扉に掛けている金属の鍵を鳴らして、と、言われ、遅くなるけど大丈夫？と、聞くと、外の門扉・入口の鍵も貸してくれたのでなんとかなった。ただ、21時以降に到着した場合には、チェックイン不可、チェックアウト後のバッグ預けも21時迄となる為、そういった条件の人は考えた方が良い。

Waren dort nur eine Nacht vor Weiterreise & schon das zweite Mal in Jakarta. Darum sollte es etwas günstiges sein. Für diesen Preis absolut okay. Bett bequem, Toilette ohne Türe & kein Toilettenpapier. Seife in einer mini Plastiktüte. Rezeptionist sprach praktisch null Englisch.

英語を話せるスタッフが少なく、英語としては少々通じずらいですが、スタッフは全員親切で、気持ちよく過ごせます。朝食は大変シンプルでパンにジャムかナシゴレン、目玉焼きにコーヒーか紅茶がつきます。清潔感もあり、冷蔵庫も大きく、テレビのサイズも大きく、Wifiも全く問題ありません。近くに老舗のサリナデパートにスーパーやフードコートも数か所あり、大変便利なロケーションです。何より安価ですので、ホテル代を節約し、数日滞在するにはお勧めのホテルです。

客室のコンディションが良くない

立地とそこそこ安い値段で選んだホテル。しかし、やはり値段相応なのか、客室にボロが出ていた。 具体的に不満だった点は、窓が廊下側のみにしかない、蚊が良く出てくる、ベッドがガタガタ、なぜか冷蔵庫から水が垂れていて使い物にならなかったなど。 机回りがきれいだったこと、Wifiが意外に速かったこと、私が外出から戻ったのを見計らってケーキをサービスでいただくことができたのは評価できる点。 ただ総合的に見ると、万人にお勧めできるホテルとは言えない。

something between hotel and guesthouse

Fistly, the location of this hotel is strategic, as it's located in Menteng area. 10 munit walk from Grand Indonesia or Plaza Indonesia, 5 munites walk from Transjakarta station, and 10 munits ride from Gondandia train station.This does not mean this guest house is in a busy congested area. It's at the edge of Menteng erea and quiet. If you go to Tanah Abang or North Jakarta, I could have stayed at a bigger hotel with more facilities, for the same money i have payed for this guest house. You may wonder whats the point of staying at a gusthose, when you can stay at a proper hotel for the same amount of money. Yet, considering its location, i suggest you shold stay here rather than hotels in bussy cheap area. This place may not be well facilitated as other hotels, such as lack of slippers, but with friendly staffs, decent rooms and strategic location, i recomend this place over hotels in the same buget range.

場所はSinar mas land plazaの裏手、サリナデパートにも近くまあまあ良い。受けのおばさん気さくだけどローカル語が話せないと少し大変かも。シャワーの湯タンクは小さい。幸いお湯は枯れなかった。古さはあるが比較的整えている。タオルも臭くない。ただ、NYAMUK蚊が多い。電気ネットを持ってくるべきだった。

WiFi is a nuisance. Complaints acknowledged with not really helpful remarks like "it is working here" in the lobby. The poor quality of the WiFi it is not an Indonesian issue since the internet connections in nearby cafes and hotel lobbys are pretty stable and fast.

Menteng House is quite OK, surprisingly quiet. The chants from mosques are barely be heard.Wlan/WiFi is a nuisance, though. Speed is slow, no chance do download big files. there are frequent line drop outs. The manager keeps apologizing but obviously nobody cares to do fix the problem. There are - at least - 4 Wlan router sending signals, but only 2 are connected to the internet. Perhaps switching routers off and on again might solve the problem. but that seems to much to expect.

Reasonable hotel in Jakarta Central

Located at just behind Jln Thamrin. Clean facility, nice friendly staff, hot shower water comes in a second. One thing you would be careful is, the location where google map showing is wrong. Still along the same road Jln. Lombok but better to search by the hotel address before go visit there.
