The property itself is fine - security on site, multiple pools, friendly bartender and music playing at the pool bar, fast elevators, steps away from the beach, locked parking garage for guests only, pizza place attached, etc.
The room - not so much. Our door lock was broken upon arrival. It REEKED of cigarette smoke. The room was dirty. There was a children's juice box sitting right on the couch when we walked in. There was someone else's hair in the kitchen sink. The check in office is located almost 15 minutes away so we called all the different numbers listed and no one picked up, so we had to drive all the way back to the office to have them address the problems. We tried asking for a different room due to the issues but immediately was told no without even given a chance to be heard. The man at the desk just walked away from us from in the middle of talking and told us he'd send a locksmith and a re-clean service. The lock was fixed, but no one ever came to re-clean. The bed is extremely uncomfortable, hard as a rock and super noisy. The couch had stains on it and looked very dirty/old/worn. Wouldn't stay again.
