Overall our stay was ok. The room has ceiling fan which was nice, as the room was really warm for April. Cleanliness was a bit lacking, peanuts on the floor under the desk, hair in the sink, on the floor in the restroom, and a bit dusty. The check -in person/owner? was not rude, but not friendly at all.

I've stayed here multiple times. Usually it's a pleasant stay. This time around they gave my room to someone else. The room I ended up in, the hairdryer didn't work and the toilet handle would stick. Not the worst thing to happen, but definitely annoying when you're only in the room to get ready for a show and come back before bedtime.
