Muy recomendable.

Esta muy bien. Nos ha sorprendido gratamente. El auto cheking es muy facil. Te invitan a tomar una cerveza. En la nevera de entrada las tienen disponibles a disposicion de los clientes. La zona es muy animada y si vas en coche, puedes aparcar en la calle, a 30 metros acaba la zona de estacionamiento de pago.

Excelente ubicación, mal servicio

Lo peor de este Hotel es el Check In, no hay una recepción como tal y lo tienes que hacer mediante un tablet… hay un teléfono por si no funciona la tablet y la persona que te atiende puede hacerlo de forma remota, te piden un código y un pin que si reservas en esta app no te llega. Como recompensa te dan una cerveza gratis pero pierdes al menos 15 minutos intentando, porque tienes que tomarle fotos a tu pasaporte y poner una tarjeta de crédito, aunque ya hayas pagado. La ubicación es buena, puedes llegar caminando a muchos lados y hay alrededor bares y restaurantes. La cama es incómoda y el ruido de otras habitaciones se filtra por todos lados.

Très bon emplacement, pratique pour découvrir les alentours. La chambre était grande et confortable. En revanche, le bar situé juste en dessous génère beaucoup de bruit, notamment le soir, ce qui peut être assez gênant si vous recherchez du calme pour dormir.

It’s a great place for a couple of nights. The rooms are upstairs so be prepared for a hike, the staff were awesome helping tote our suitcases up and down. It’s overtop a pub which has decent food and drink. It is centrally located, a few blocks to Donegal square where you can start the hop on hop off as well as meeting spot for lots of tours. This hotel is a find. We had a large bedroom with a very large bathroom. Everything was comfortable and clean. The staff were very welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful. The bar downstairs is excellent: good ambience, tasty snacks. The hotel is conveniently placed- directly opposite is Botanic train station with links to the Titanic quarter and Central station. Excellent value for money.

Delighted with hotel and room. Was a bit noisy but I knew this in advance as room above the bar not a church and is in a busy area. I would stay again next time in Belfast.

Not meeting staff is a bit of an issue particularly for less confident travellers. It wasn’t clear to me how to make any requests if anyway was unsatisfactory. eg a lamp that wasn’t working small supply of teabags inadequate for my need. However when completely by accident I bumped into Jeanie she solved everything for me. Including telling me I could leave my case securely locked away after check out.

Nice size room on floor 3, could not hear any noise at all. We arrived early and were able to store our bags in a secure room. The room had all the amenities needed for our 2 night stay and was cleaned and towels changed. The bar was busy with people eating and drinking, we managed to get a table outside both nights and had a few drinks! We liked the hotel, all of the staff were very helpful and we would go back.

Close to centre. Short walk. Nice pub,part of hotel. Train station opposite. Restaurants nearby. Good choice. Large room.just be mindful,if your room number is 300 +.. you are on top floor. 6 flights of stairs to consider.overall.easy check in.value for money. Go to maggie mays opposite for breakfast.
