The check-in was great, reception staff make you feel at home, perfect customer service , great smile and information. But after, rooms are not so welcoming they need to be checked by the management and fixed, a lot of things, everything are very updated, and not so clean, I has been a guest at this hotel, and many others relax hotels for years, and I had seen it’s good, great and bad management like now , management and where need to be on top of the premise, have a hotel it is not only the building structure maintenance it is a huge factor in the comfort and happiness of the quests, and full-fill the price we pay for night. And don’t make us think to look for another place to stay next time, breakfast included was a plus, but restaurant staff not so great they need more training. I hope one day this hope will be match the quality with the price.
