I’m extremely disappointed with my stay and wish I had read the reviews beforehand.
The property’s photos must be outdated, as they do not reflect its current state.
The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately, that was the only positive.
The hotel is a significant misrepresentation of what was advertised. The grounds are in poor condition—overgrown, littered, and neglected—far from a 3-star standard.
The rooms are adequate but need a complete overhaul, including new carpets and bathroom upgrades.
For the price, this hotel was not worth it. A stay at a budget chain like Travelodge for half the cost would have been a better choice.
I feel let down by Hotels.com and urge you to send an inspector to assess this property.
