Awful experience.
This hotel twice canceled reservations for my daughter. She had called ahead to tell them that she would be arriving late. She arrived at 1:30 in the morning and they told her that they had given her room away and told her they canceled the reservation. There were no hotels nearby that had a room. She spent a night without a hotel room. Then, HOTELS.COM got involved the next day and made another reservation for the following night. Once she showed up to check in again the next day, they had once again canceled the reservation and given it away. They told me they had people that needed the room. So, in other words, having a confirmed reservation doesn’t matter. Even if you let them know that you will be arriving late. It’s a very unprofessional run operation. When I called at 2:00 in the morning to address my displeasure with how they treated my daughter, there were dogs parking in the background. It’s amazing that a national brand allows this to happen in one of their hotels.
