I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. In Main Street, very central, entrance not inviting nor interior but the bed sheets super white and clean. Room ok, but for two nights it was very comfortable.

To be honest this room was quite cheap so with that in mind it was ok the beds were comfy the room was clean the halls and entrance were dirty and a little dodgy reception guy was nice its absolute prime position my only real complaint would be the heating cooling system from the 70s that barely worked, if im ever after somewhere cheap to just crash id happily stay again

The Entry door and carpet was terrible and really dirty The air conditioning make the noise all night I can’t sleep and can’t open the windows for fresh air, the room walls were broken and the owner doesn’t want to fix it, inside the kettle was very dirty and rusty, the bed to old and very soft. I would not recommend to anyone to check in to this place.

Very basic hotel, needs a thorough clean. But for the price and location it was fine for one night. The knife in a sheath hidden in the bathroom was a nice Melbourne touch!

I have stayed here in the past and it was old but clean. They are in the process of up grading the rooms on the floor I was allocated. My room was open and very dusty when I arrived, and there was no coffee tea or milk in the kitchenette. I wondered if the builders had been making use of the room. I doubt that it had been vacumned in a long time. I felt that on this occasion I did not get the room value that I paid for.

DON'T STAY HERE Room was filthy, was not even as pictured, many amenities listed were not there at all. Broken windows & door lock, loud construction next door, room smelt heavily of paint fumes. On bringing this to managers attention we were openly mocked, don't waste your money!!

Would not recommend this hotel at all! The room is not as advertised. No window coverings, no air con or heating, no spare blankets for when it got cold, no tv, no kettle either. The room was covered in dust and the lounge was filthy. The building itself was so run down. Worst of all was the price we paid for said room (over $250 as it was grand final weekend). This place was horrible.

The worst room I have ever stayed in. Room smelt mouldy and was absolutely filthy. Clumps of dust all around the primeter of the room. Stains everywhere. Crap all over the t.v screen and very noisy. The only good thing about it was it's location. Never staying here again!

This motel is so convenient. The tram is right outside the front door and McDonalds is downstairs for 24/7 coffee 😂 everything I needed was walking distance. I liked the convenience

Room was spacious but badly needed a deep clean. Dirt deposits in every corner and under all furniture. Bathroom had been renovated but had large areas of mould. General maintenance of the room and the common areas very poor. Potentially the best budget hotel in Melbourne CBD but needs a total clean and repair to everything broken or faulty. Security to floors and rooms an issue, as lifts can be accessed by anyone coming in when reception was unmanned.

One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The room looks like it has not been vacuumed for 5 years. Dusts and grime everywhere. Dirty windows. No maintenance at all. Smelly. Only glimmer of hope is its location in the centre of Melbourne and 7Eleven and MacDonald next door for emergencies. Avoid unless you have to sleep in a park.

Room was shabby, but the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Clean linen with a facewasher (wow!!) and good toiletries. Heater worked well; perhaps TV could be looked as as the screen had a bluish picture. Overall, I had a great stay.

I never saw any staff. The motel looked shabby and there was a homeless person sleeping in the corridor in the morning. However, it was a nice big room with a bathtub, and the motel was very conveniently located. For the price, it was all right.
