Great stay. Good location. Peaceful but still a lot going on. Room was smaller but we don’t spend much time there so it was good.

Unique stay. Perfect for what we needed for a family of four, even on a holiday weekend.

Was OK for business trip. Nice that they had a full service bar-restaurant & food was good. The A.C. & T.V. Could use an update but overall fine place!

Stay was easy. Keys were taped to a door so we didn’t really see any staff…but rooms were clean and comfortable.

I love that the rooms are accessible via the restaurant. This was an enjoyable stay during our motorcycle trip along Lake Michigan. Thank you!

Adorable room overlooking the lake. Dinner was delicious. This is a fantastic place to relax and pamper yourself. Ample easy-access parking, and 1 block from Crystal Lake!

Nice, unique, and well-located place to stay for a night. Only complaint was the outlets were so loose that anything you plug into them falls out. So charge your phones before you get there.but we’d stay there again!

It was a last minute booking. It was right above the restaurant. The room was clean and kept up. The beds were comfortable. It was perfect for the night!

The room itself and bathroom were clean and well cared for. Convenient location in walking distance close to the beach and the restaurant downstairs was good. I do wish the description explained the room would be on second floor with no elevator. There room was small, don't bring a lot of luggage with you.

We were actually put in a sister property, Crystal Lake Resort, in Beulah, which was nice because it had a beach. Cold Creek Inn has 2nd floor rooms, and we had a lot to carry, so they gave us ground floor at CLR.

The queen room was clean and ok for 1 night, however the space was tiny. The bed was comfortable. The back side of the place needs to be cleaned up a bit. They want you to park behind the building, but it’s unkept and needs some attention. Overall it’s a 3 out of 5, and worked for the 1 night we stayed.

Parking was free at the back of the inn with entrance to the upstairs and rooms. Zee and Ed were friendly people and enjoyed talking to them. Zee checked to make sure everything was good with our room. Woud stay again if visiting area.

All is great. I didn't care for the rear entrance. It is okay, compared to the rest (which is great,) it seems "improvable."

Staff was very friendly. You check in through the bar area. Wish the parking was better, a little way to walk from the back parking lot and then you go upstairs to get to room. We like to walk so it wasn’t too bad. Not too much info in the room itself. Wasn’t sure what to do when checking out, we just left the key in the room since the lounge was not opened when we left. Room was clean which is very important.
