Комфортные номера ( двойные с входом в бассейн), но очень большой и шумный ресторан . В целом отель понравился. Очень дружелюбный персонал, готовы были всегда прийти на помощь ( сначала аннулировали наш рейс, затем ТК понизил наш класс с бизнес до эконом , проблему помогли решить работники отеля.

Hotel is lovely, very big. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms were a great size with plenty of room for everyone. They had tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, great view. The hotel wasn’t overly noisy even with lots of families. Lovely spa facilities and excellent facilities for children in the children centre. Pool and slides were good. Plenty of food options in the restaurants but can get very busy. My only dislike of the hotel is that the pools depth were not suitable for small children. My daughter and nephew age 8 were not able to stand in any of the pools as they were all 1.40 depths. Most children had to wear/buy floats. For a hotel with 10 pools this is not great as they should have pools with smaller depths. The hotel also does not provide irons for guests to use so if staying here, bring your own.

The food at every restaurant, café, and bar was consistently fresh, delicious, and served promptly. The pier bar was a fantastic spot to relax, listen to the waves, enjoy expertly crafted cocktails, and swim in the crystal-clear sea. Our children (2 and 4) absolutely loved the water slides — from the kiddie slides to the six exciting larger slides, they were entertained for hours. I cannot speak highly enough of the hotel staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay feel personal, memorable, and truly unforgettable.

Great hotel which met our needs. We enjoyed eating in the A La Carte restaurants. You do have to pay 25 euros per person for these but the food and service was amazing. Pools were lovely and we had no problem in getting a sunbed each day. The pier and pier bar was nice but they do need to have more staff working in and around the bar area. It was quite hard to get a drink on some days. Some of the managers at the bar were quite rude and miserable which was disappointing. However, we enjoyed our stay and our room with a sea view was lovely.

Insgesamt ist dieses Hotel sehr gut. Die Anlage ist sehr groß und bietet für jeden Gast etwas. Für Familien mit Kindern gibt es bspw. eigene Bereiche, aber auch Singles/Paare können hier entspannt Urlaub machen ohne gestört zu werden. Der Strand ist sehr schön und wird sauber gehalten und man findet problemlos eine Liege. Im September war es vllt. zu 1/3 belegt. Der Service war überwiegend sehr gut, aber es gab auch einige Situationen, wo ich mir bisschen mehr erhofft hatte. Das Essen war gut. Sehr gut waren die lokalen Speisen sowie der Nachtisch. Internationale Gerichte waren eher Durchschnitt. In einem Restaurant draußen, hätte ich für solches Essen kein Geld bezahlt. Manchmal war bspw. der Cappuccino einfach nur milchig. Ich habe täglich das gym und die Sauna genutzt und ich hatte alle Geräte, die ich gebraucht habe. Insgesamt kriegt das Hotel von mir nur 4 Sterne, weil das Hotel hochpreisig ist und eines der „besseren“ 5 Sterne Hotels sein soll, jedoch nicht in allen Bereichen überzeugen konnte.

The Cornelia Diamond is a beautiful resort. Liked: - Amazing kids’ facilities, they even have their own amphitheatre for mini-disco and clown shows. Their own water park etc.. Really top notch on this. - Great beach with no concerns getting a sunbed. Well-staffed with lifeguards etc.. No drinks service to your sunbed though. For such an exclusive hotel you might expect this. - Great evening shows. I mean they have really bought in the best. Shout out to the Shamen dance group who were amazing!! All shows very loud though Could be improved: - Had to pay extra for golf. Even had to pay for drinks at the golf club (Ultra all-inclusive? I think not). Golf course is not well maintained, full of weeds even across the tee-boxes. Greens were well kept I will say - a la carte is pricey at €25 per head (free for under 7). It is not a la carte, it is table-service at best. Poor table etiquette. They need to train their staff better - No free a la carte, not even one per week - Diamond restaurant in large with lots of food but with zero variety to that food and no theme nights. So unless you pay for the above 'table-service' you'll be eating the same thing everyday - Entertainment we felt was late. Mini disco doesn't start until 08:45, with the main show at 21:45 - Room service is a little too full on. You should expect x4 visits a day. Room clean, mini-bar refill, fruit delivery, and towel change - Generally, the hotel needs work, they are painting over the cracks

Unfortunately, the evening programs always start very late. Better at 9:15 a.m. instead of 10:15 a.m. There should also be a quiet place in the evening where there is no loud music. The hotels next door are also extremely loud.
