The management of this one will get this place sue
I will never stay here or any other Marroit again. My father was very hi up in the Marriott corporation and when I told him this he couldn’t believe it either. I will be getting a lawyer as well and we’ll do everything in my power to get them to understand the federal laws as well as the rules a large franchise like Marroit has. Even if it is not a corporate owned one they are still held to most of the same rules.
Upon arrival I pulled up to he door of the lobby. I had a good friend with me and I had my services dog. I went to check into the two suites I had booked. I left my service dog in the truck. It was fairly busy in the lobby with only one lady working the front desk. She seemed to be pretty new and not fully trained, however she was very nice in the beginning. We pretty mush got all checked in and I let her know i had my services dog with me in the truck and she seemed very confused and lost. She said it’s a no pet property and I responded with he is a service dog, she then said well he is not with you at the moment so it means you dhe is not a service dog. She then started asking questions. What service does he do if you don’t have him by your side? What kind of dog is he? Then said again I could have him and she was going to call her manager. She talked and explained the situation to the lady in the phone and stuck with the response it’s be free and he could not be there. She then handed me the phone and the lady was very rude and was very aggressive from the gef
