The main electric fire pit doesn’t work. The paddle boards are extremely old and broken. Two didn’t even have fins impossible to use. The kayaks in the same condition. The rooms are well kept. Parking easy pool had a lot of bugs and debris in it, pool chairs were nice. The docks appear old and rickety .. It could be a really nice place but definitely needs some updating on the amenities.

This motel was the nicest motel I have ever been in! All remodeled inside. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was nice and definitely came in handy. The beach area was cute and clean. The kids had a blast in the pool. Price was reasonable. The staff were a little hard to get a hold of. Otherwise a great place to stay- highly recommend!

Room was great. Nicely updated and very clean. They were one of few places that allow dogs. The fee for which was reasonable, in my opinion. I loved being about to rent the boat. Very fun. It was close enough to things so that they are easy to get to. Yet far enough away that things didn't seem crowed, even on a long holiday weekend. Nice little place.

Was very impressed with our stay at Delton Oaks! From the updated rooms to the sand beach we had a very pleasant experience. It was never overly crowded and easy to maneuver. On Thursday night they had live music, adult beverages, and ice cream. The staff was also very attentive to any questions or needs we had. Isabelle was always on top of any questions we had and would assist us with any room needs immediately. The owner Michelle was also there to assist with any needs or questions and very friendly! Overall this was a great place to stay and we will definitely recommend to others!

The view from the upper balcony suite was great! Staff were very friendly. Parking availability was challenging at times. Room was older but with updates in progress. Pictures online gave a different impression of what the room would look like. Had to ask for a hair dryer and ironing board as other places include. Other rooms were quite loud and drinking outside until 2 am. Lighting in the room gave a cold and uninviting vibe. Could use a lamp or two.

I liked the check-in process (they just put your key in the room) so there are no long lines waiting to get into your room. We stayed in March, which was the off-season, so there weren't very many people and it was quiet. We were on the first floor so we were able to park right outside our room which made it much easier to load and unload the car and get in the car to explore the Dells. There was a sheet of paper in our room which listed a couple rules for the property and also the checkout process. What wasn't clear was where to put the recyclables because I didn't see a recyclable dumpster, and also what to do with our key. So we ended up leaving the recyclables and the key in the room and just left the door unlocked. It would be nice if they could clear that up on the sheet of paper. The room itself was updated and it looked nice and was very cozy. There was a stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and coffee, refrigerator, and freezer. The beds were comfortable, except for the pillows, which were a little flat. But we had an enjoyable stay and it was nice to support a local small business rather than the corporate chains.

My room was disgusting. The floor was so dirty i kept my sandles on everywhere i walked otherwise my feet were black on the bottom. The kitchen sink was dirty. The top two sheets on the bed had numerous dirty spots. The coffee maker was dirty . I literally cleaned our room with what i had with me as best as i could. Definitely do not recommend and the guy at the desk was very unfriendly. I will not be going back.
