Lovely hotel with all the amenities you need and fantastic staff. Our flight was delayed 7 hours and by the time we got to checkin at the hotel it was 2:30am. The night receptionist was super pleasant, checkin was a breeze, Comfy bed, spacious room, nice bathroom and cute little terrace off our room. Highly recommend

Very clean and spacious

We stayed for 5 nights on a family trip and found the room to very spotlessly clean, comfortable and damage-free. The pool area is spacious and clean, towels are a €10 deposit. There is a separate kids area and the main pool doesn’t have a shallow end. We paid for half board and where breakfast was excellent, dinner time was adequate and lots of Mediterranean cuisine. We had assumed that drinks would be included for our half board meals but there was an extra charge, so be careful not to be caught out. We hired a car as there is nothing to do in the immediate area but Arenal is a short drive and Palma is easily accessible too.

We booked a family room and full board. When we ate lunch the first day we ordered a beer and a bottle of water. When we came back to the restaurant for dinner, somebody told us to pay the drinks from lunch eventhough we had full board. In Germany water is often inclusive when you book full board. We understood the request of the payment for the beer but not the water. Neither Expedia nor the Hotel wrote in the description that full board does not include drinks. Besides that the next beach is one 20 minute hike away and you may wanna bring bathing shoes because there is no way you can go barefoot in the water. The pros for the hotel are the pools with slides and the buffet in the restaurant. If you don't mind paying for all the drinks or to book all inclusive directly and just wanna have a hotel with a nice pool and you just wanna enjoy the weather then the hotel is okay. If you want more you should book somewhere else. The next shopping opportunity is far away, in llucmajor is just a supermarket.

Nice short transfer e25-30 in taxi. We were there for a short stay and had a lovely time. Food was fine, rooms were clean, good pool areas. It’s in a quiet location but we didn’t mind that. Our children loved it. Not many English speaking guests or staff but again we didn’t mind. We would return no problem.

Family holiday in Mallorca

The Hotel is a big complex, well equipped and organised, but the wifi was not really stable, there were exact points in the room where the signal was lower or sometimes no wifi. Overall the room was clean, but some common places in the hotel were not really often cleaned. The food was good and the staff was kind, but the staff on reception was moody and slow. Hotel preregistration made online but by the desk we need to fill out once again everything what was done online. The daily animation by pool and in the evening were well organised. Overall the hotel and our stay was good, I rate this hotel 8 out of 10.

Not worth the money

Room had not been properly cleaned - found an old used razor in bathroom and surfaces were dirty. I told reception and hey just said they would inform housekeeping but offered no remedy or compensation. I cleaned the room surfaces myself in the end. The room was above the restaurant area and the room stank of food in the evening. Did not feel like a 4 star hotel. Over 180 euros for 1 night was not worth it.

The staff was great and even helped us dig through the trash looking for expensive Invisalign that my daughter left in the dining hall. They had some food for us when we came in at 4am. However, the wifi didn’t reach our room and the air conditioning was not good. The windows didn’t offer good airflow either so we weren’t able to cool down the room that way. We were pretty uncomfortable in the room. The buffet was not good. The water went out while we were there but they were able to get it fixed as soon as possible. All in all I would not recommend this property as a vacation spot.

Hotellet er rent og pent og servicen er ok, men heller ikke mer. Vi hadde to rom ved siden av hverandre og rommene var helt ok og ble greit renholdt. Underholdning hver kveld for både barn og voksne og med levende musikk som ble ganske profesjonelt utført. Litt ivrige kelnere i restauranten da de ryddet bort fat før man var ferdig med å spise. Det er buffet til alle måltider og maten er god men litt kjedelig da de samme rettene går igjen og igjen. Vi fikk ikke internett i våre rom men måtte gå ut på gangen for å koble til nettet. Dette er ganske irriterende når en har viktige ting som må sjekkes og barna ville jo gjerne også komme på nett men var da henvist til å sitte på gangen.

Vi nød poolen, som både kan bruges af børn og voksne. Der var en indendørs pool også, med lidt dybere vand, og lidt varmere, den var også god. Der var vand rutsjebaner som var perfekt til børne familier og unge mennesker. Der var både aktiviteter for børn og voksne hver dag igennem hele dagen var der forskellige ting og bl.a. aktiviteter i poolen, der var yoga og pilates og en masse andet for alle aldre.

Super Service, extrem freundlich, 24/7 Ansprechpartner vor Ort, kein Zimmerservice aber nen Kiosk ums Eck, toller Ausblick, leise Zimmer alles flexibel, super für Familien geeignet. Preisleistung ist okay. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken, das Bad teilweise rostig und die Klospülung funktioniert sporadisch. Wir hatten nur eine Unterkunft zum Schlafen gesucht, da wir Freunde besucht haben. Urlaub würde ich hier nicht machen wollen.
