I loved this place. Stayed in the Ebony room, watched a thunderstorm out the huge windows while watching TCM on the TV. It was perfect.

This place was incredible, super friendly staff, not only was it still affordable, but the building has unique history and they put a lot of work in the making it special. Great for the family, kids loved it we will be back.

This was our last stop after a Grand Teton/Yellowstone vacation as we headed back toward SLC through Idaho. Many of the places we picked to stay because they were in the parks and the for the scenery. The Harkness did not disappoint as far as offering a little luxury at the end of this trip. The Indigo room impressed upon arrival with its tall ceilings and gas fireplace. The bathroom was spectacular with a wonderful soaking tub and wonderful separate shower. The bed was beyond comfortable! The choices of coffees and teas were appreciated in the morning. As others have mentioned, food selections in town are minimal, but knowing this, we chose to eat about 25 minutes away prior to arrival. Access to the highway was very easy as well. The room was luxurious compared to the surrounding town but I am so very glad we chose to stay here and would do so again if the opportunity arose.

Staying at the Harkness was an experience. I was wanting to stay at a unique hotel on my trip and the Harkness is definitely that. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone wanting to get away from the cookie cutter hotels.

We stayed here several years ago and it remains as good as we remembered. It’s a lovely boutique hotel in a quiet town and a great base for touring the great places of SW Idaho, just 15 minutes from Lava Hot Springs. The hotel feels well cared for and clean. Oh and a neat coffee machine in the lobby. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had a quick stop for the night on a road trip with 4 adults and 6 teenaged boys. The Sage House was perfect for our needs! Beautifully remodeled, with plenty of room for all of us, and a great yard for the boys to get out and play yard games. Not much for food in McCammon, but there were a bunch of choices up in Lava Hot Springs, 15 minutes away. Beware, Lava was BUSY on a Saturday evening! Looked like a very fun town though! Floating, hot springs, live music, fun vibe! Wish we had more time to explore the area.

Awesome little boutique hotel. Loved the vibe. Comfortable beds. Pretty clean. One heads up, a train passes right thru the center of the tiny town a couple times during the night. You'll hear it.

The hotel was very cute and cozy. Great for a weekend stay away from Lava Hot Springs but close enough for all the fun.
