Always stop here when attending music events at Wollaton Park...convenient, lots of parking and accommodation is very clean and comfortable. Recommend

We booked as had seen such excellent reviews and it was so close to Wollaton Hall where we were attending an event. 1st impressions were excellent. Great location, beautiful building. Although after that, there were several things that let it down and we would think twice about booking again. The bedding was stained, the coffee machine that we were so pleased to have included in the room, was useless to us as the mugs provided didn't fit underneath it (and we only discovered when we woke up in the morning on check out day) Lastly, after a busy evening, we came back to our room hoping to get a good night's sleep, only to be kept awake past 3am by several groups of guests coming in and out of the building and their rooms, talking loudly, slamming doors, stomping up and down the stairs etc I asked them to keep the noise down and it was ignored. The staff on duty made no attempt at any time to ask them to consider other guests and be quiet.

The hotel is in a quiet part of the Jubilee campus. Has useful free parking on site. My room was a good size with kettle and hot drink selection. The staff were friendly and lounge area light and comfy. Just a short uber to the centre of town.
