We stayed one night at Alhambra B&B Guest House di Charme and had a very good stay. We received a friendly welcome and a tour of the property when we arrived, and everything was easy from that point on. The property is small, green, and well maintained, and the whole place feels calm, private, and well cared for.
The saltwater pool was the highlight. It has underwater jets plus two jets above the water line: one wide jet and one narrow jet with strong, concentrated pressure. The salt water was pleasant to swim in and the jets made it very easy to relax.
The rooms are simple and comfortable, with everything needed for a short stay, and the showers have good water pressure, which is not always the case in this type of accommodation. Breakfast was great and matched the standard of the rest of the property.
One practical note for future guests: staff are not permanently on site. When we arrived we were unsure how to get in, but we pressed the door buzzer and a member of staff drove over within a few minutes, welcomed us, and opened the gate so we could drive through to the private, gated car park, which had plenty of space.
After that everything ran smoothly, so new arrivals should simply expect to use the buzzer.
Overall this is a peaceful and well-run B&B with an excellent pool and a great breakfast. It suited a one-night stop very well, and one night was not long enough to make full use of the pool and garden. We would happily return for a longer stay.
