We chose Watermark Hotel & Spa Jimbaran as we were looking for a place near the airport and we enjoyed our stay there. The location was really good, easy to get around, Babi Karya Rebo is literally across the road from the hotel and they also offered free shuttle to the beach and Discovery Mall. On the second night of our stay, the AC in our room stopped working, but the staff and management were amazing, they fixed it straight away. The 4/5 stars is only because we think the hotel is a bit dated, but overall good value! Thank you for having us again :)

The property is a little out of the way, but for a couple who like to spend time with themselves it is excellent. Japanese restaurant is one of the best in the world for quality of food.Hotel Breakfast, there is a big variety, but most of it is not hot enough. I asked the chef to make banana pancakes for me. He was very helpful and they were delicious. Staff at this hotel are polite and care about everything and go out of their way to make sure you are happy Rooms are very good, clean and tidy Overall, our stay was great not overly expensive close to Balinese food outlet, 10 minutes from the airport and probably 10 minutes from Jimbaran Beach. look out for special discounted room rates. Very clean, open, easy to be at. Huge rooms, comfortable beds, tubs on our rooms, fluffy towels. Rented 4 rooms, 2 air cons werent working properly, but they fixed immediately. My sink, tv, a/c, and fridge all had to be fixed, but they did it quickly and we were fine.
