Stay away. This place is not reliable! We arrived at Eugenies to find no one onsite to let us in to the property. I called the number posted and it went to voicemail. I waited several minutes when another guest came by and let us in. I tried calling Michael, the host again. He did answer this time, but said he did not have a booking for me and did not work with Hotels.com. I booked this hotel months ago and received a confirmation. He said he was fully booked and wasn't onsite. His only recommendation was to try a place a mile or so away. The people there tried to help and did much more than Michael at Eugenies. It was a holiday weekend in Australia and no hotels were available in the area. We had to drive over an hour away to find a hotel. As a result, we were unable to take a morning cruise we had booked. After the fact, I looked at the reviews on Hotels.com and see 2 reviews posted in the last 2 weeks! So if they stopped working with Hotels.com it was very recent. They should have notified us when they did so. Very unprofessional!!
