I spent 15 days staying at that hotel and I can say the following: positive: The hotel is well located to access the different transportation routes. Negative: It has many opportunities for improvement such as: 1) there is no possibility to turn on the air conditioning. At the reception they check the system and they said they will turn it on when it gets hotter. They never turned it on during my entire stay. Had to have the windows open and heard all the noise from the street. 2) upon my arrival I reported that the refrigerator was not cooling, they indicated that they would call maintenance and they never fixed it, so I could not put anything in the room's refrigerator. 3) there is no possibility to connect a hair dryer in the bathroom because there is no electrical outlet. 4) During the 15-day stay I only saw the full breakfast 4 times, with everything they offered... if you arrive late for breakfast, you won't be able to eat fruits, scrambled eggs, etc. 5) No safety box un the room
