Arrived at 3:00. There was no one to check us in and it took some time for a young lady to arrive to help us. She appeared to be overworked. She was civil, but not friendly. The pool was too dirty to enter. The room itself was wonderful. The showers were great. The bed was very comfortable.

This location is very close to the airport and not too far from city area thus it is very convenient if you plan to mainly visit downtown area Nan. Staffs were very nice and helpful as we need extra car for transport the bike bag from airport to resort which they provide for free of charge. Rooms were very clean. Only negative is that you will need car for traveling from place to place in Nan as this place is beyond walking limit to the city
