Excellent choice in the centre of Milan with several options for public transport around. It is not a traditional hotel, but an excellent choice. Easy to find as long as you follow the instructions they send you in advance. Very clean and big rooms, with all the necessary amenities, including great coffee. Fresh towels and cleaning every day - bath towel of excellent size (important as I am tall). Overall recommend.

This is not a hotel but simply one of a view rooms in what appears to be a renovated office space . I read the reviews before booking and everything is as described. I had zero issues gaining entry when returning at 2am in the morning. Staff explained everything perfectly upon check in. You can feel comfortable booking this place.

Perfect for our needs.

Would recommend Serendipity Rooms to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, reasonably priced room within easy walking distance to the Duomo Cathedral and Piazza. Our only issue was with the dripping condensate from the AC unit, right above the entry door. We had to keep a towel on the floor in order to avoid a puddle. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
