Great, friendly staff,

We weren’t happy with how dirty the room felt. As soon as you step in, there is a very strong chemical smell that they probably used to “clean” the room. I walked barefooted on the carpet and my feet were very dirty. I had to make sure myself, husband and little daughter wore slippers at all times. The bedsheets were torn and ripped at the bottom and had a bad stench to it. I am well aware that this is a Motel and for the amount of $ I paid, I didn’t expect a huge room or any other accommodations.. BUT I would expect them to have the place Atleast freshly clean and vacuumed. Also have some decent bedding. We definitely won’t be spending our money here next time.

For this reasonable price and the place’s somewhat rundown exterior I had not expected amenities like a fridge and microwave. The staff was friendly, the bed was fine, the desk had good lighting, everything was clean, the new bathroom had an excellent shower. Thank you.

Room had a strong odor, kind of like bug spray. Since the windows do not open we could not air it out.

The room was small but we just needed a room for the night for twins of evil concert. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom seemed to be newly done. The fridge needed a shelf but kept the pop cold. Smelled amazing and clean, kept the fresh scent for our entire stay (if that matters lol) Close to the venue, a bus line was right out front to get downtown quicker than the light walk. The front desk guy was very polite, and let us check in almost 2 hours early as we arrived earlier than anticipated. We will definitely return the next time we come to London!

Worked for the purpose. Cheap night, clean place to crash for a night after a concert. Close enough to Harris Park to walk it

Very good for the price paid...owner was very accommodating, friendly & helpful. Location was close to our venue. Liked the easy access to outside.

Check in was quick and easy. Moved me to the first floor because of my back. Lots of parking. Close to restaurant and stores Inexpensive motel.

It was my worst experience I have ever had. Dirty and old Motel
