A good old fashioned principled hotel in a sleepy quiet hollow of a rural village setting . Across the road there’s a very very old church built from flint with an old fashioned gas light styled lamp post from yesterday year. I had room one which was clean with a very cosy comfortable bed and pillows. On suite with shower,toilet , basin with toiletries and plump soft towels was immaculately clean. Morning breakfast good old English breakfast with proper thick cut rashers of bacon , real tomatoes , sausage and what seemed like free range poached eggs. There was cereal, yogurt, toast , juice and different types of very fresh croissants available. A full sized brim full teapot and milk jug however there was also coffee available for coffee lovers. Fully recommend this hotel and I would certainly use again. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

A really pleasant and reasonable hotel in a secluded location. Parking was secure as the hotel is in a cul de sac ending in a square. I needed to leave early on a Sunday morning and the staff arranged for breakfast to be served 10 minutes early.

The room and decor is outdated. I ordered fish and chips which looked lovely but the fish came out and was still cold/frozen in the middle. I was offered a refund and breakfast - but the sausage was also cold. Defiantly wouldn't stay again. The photos didnt get a true representation of where I stayed.

Warren Lodge is a great little hotel and in a great location. I booked a single room as I was on my own and was only really sleeping there as I was at a motorcycle rally at Brooklands. When I was allocated my room, room 2 it was just at the top of the stairs at the front, which was great as I was able to keep an eye on my Motorcycle parked out front, so that was a bonus, another bonus was that my room was actually a double at no extra cost. It was warm and the facilities were perfectly adequate. A great little base for me whilst at the Motorcycle rally at Brooklands just a 15 minute ride away. I can’t say what the food was like as we were being fed at the rally, but breakfast sure smelt good in the morning.

When I book this hotel, I wanted room 20 which was a room that I’ve stayed in before. They couldn’t guarantee it but said there’s a 95% chance that would be okay. I could have that room ..I said if there’s any chance that I can’t have that room. I do not want a room that opens up onto the drinks patio. I said I would rather not stay there and have one of them rooms.. I couldn’t explain enough how that would not be a I couldn’t explain enough how that would not be an option for me…There are four rooms where the patio doors open directly onto the drinks patio ..well that was the room I got I was absolutely fuming. I said if I want a refund to move to another hotel is it possible? to the reply ofyou’d have to go through Expedia? I can’t say how angry I was ..when we got in our room right outside our patio doors were couple drinking. Absolutely despicable I hope that I can add some photos to this. To be honest. Most of the staff were-helpful apart from the one who took my booking, but there’s only ever one member of staff there-during any day. outside on the patio cushions are left for the three days we were there in the rain. The tables were rusty. The windows were rotten and in the photo that you will see the romantic lighting on the patio an absolute joke…!! my bathroom in my newly renovated room ..!!…the sink had a crack in it .. the radiator taps were rotten I could go on but you can see how angry I was. .. I would never stay there again..!!

Lovely hotel. Steps leading to our room wasn’t very good as I’m disabled it made difficult to get up and down. We got to breakfast after 8.30 and it tested like it been there for a while. But I would definitely stay here again and just go for the continental breakfast.

The hotel is in a gorgeous setting Plenty of car parking Speedy check in Breakfast good but expensive for you get We stayed in a room with a balcony but didn't realise the balcony was shared with 3 other rooms, Our bathroom blind most certainly needed a very good clean. It was horrendous and the dust when I shut it to use the bathroom as the bathroom over looks the car park was extremely dirty, the rooms could do with a bit of TLC but it did the job.

The location on the banks of the Thames and within walking distance of the High Street shops was great but I would suggest you arrive close to the check-in time as you may struggle to find a parking space, particularly if other guests have no idea how to park their wide bodied vehicles or ignore the disabled parking markings - though to be fair they do need to be re-painted so it can be seen. Arriving late-ish we had to wait to check in as the staff member was covering both the bar and reception. Once in the family room we found it be spacious with 2 single and 1 double bed and the bath and shower met our needs after a hot day walking in nearby Painshill (reccomended) and Walton on Thames. We had brought our own food so cannot comment on the breakfast or dinner which can be booked.

Very disappointing stay. For £120 per night without breakfast, I expected a much higher standard. The room had no air conditioning - only a small portable fan, which was very noisy and did little to cool the room. There was also a constant loud noise from what sounded like a generator outside the window, making it very difficult to sleep. The room itself was poorly maintained. The chair was wobbly and felt unsafe to sit on, and the wardrobe was broken. Parking was another issue. There was no parking space available at the hotel, so we had to park quite far away and walk back with our luggage. The riverside location is pleasant, but unfortunately it doesn't make up for the poor room condition, lack of basic comfort, noise, and the high price. At £120 per night without breakfast, this hotel offers very poor value for money. I would not stay here again.

We have been making occasional stays at the Warren Lodge Hotel for many years, it is our go to stopover when we are visiting Shepperton, On the positive side all good, clean room, excellent staff, good convenient free parking On the negative side the lovely old place is looking a little tired these days, and loses out to more modern hotels in the area, especially in this current hot weather with "NO AIRCON" making it difficult to sleep, resulting in the hotel losing a breakfast booking as we couldn't sleep so we were up and gone before the breakfast restaurant opened But it is still our favourite hotel in the area

Staff very helpful, room was in a seperate building with a great view of the Thames, however the paintwork is falling away & the sink & bath plugs were broken. Whole place needs a makeover to bring it up to standard. Parking was a nightmare, nowhere to park at the hotel so had to park 500 yards on a housing estate. A lot of people go sailing so a lot of traffic by the hotel. Nice smell of weed as well lol.
