This was our first time staying here. The room was clean and nice, but the view from our balcony was amazing. The clerk who checked me in was very nice. I only wish there was an elevator, but the view made up for that. We will stay again.

Comfortable room by the Rogue River.

It was a large confortable room with a nice balcony overlooking the Rogue River and had a 55 in tv which was nice. Had requested a ground floor but ended up on the 3rd fl, no elevator which was an issue for my wife getting up and down. We enjoyed our twonights there was the room's carpet was dirty. My wife took her shoes off and later when she took her white docks off they were black on the bottom.

Jot's is in a lovely location right on the river in Gold Beach. The rooms are fairly basic and seem to be under construction. But, they were decently clean and the staff was very helpful.
