The location is awesome and walkability is perfect to most places and streets you want to visit. The parking lot for the free parking was safe and secure and only a 6 to 7 minute walk from the property. It is so convenient to not have to drive during your visit. We would stay here again.

The room was very nice and clean! They had it done before checkin and we were able to get into it early which was nice. It was very quiet even with it being above the bar.

This hotel is in the perfect location ... close to restaurants, the beach, attractions, etc. The staff was so nice and helpful. Beautiful room! I would stay again and would recommend anyone to book here.

This is definitely a great stay reasonable price right smack in the middle of all the action… the place was dated, but to me it fit the historic district perfectly… easy check-in be worn you do have to unload at the hotel and then go park your car and walk back… if you know Saint Augustine, you’ll know the reason why zero parking lol

Room was clean. Location is walking distance to Historic St Augustine. Wonderful restaurants, boutiques and pubs. Highly recommend staying at Bella Bay Inn.

Clean and well maintained, bed was nice and woke up well rested. Only complaint was the parking situation, there is a parking lot you pull into but it belongs to the restaurant next door. Walking two blocks to get to your car and back stinks. Better not forget anything.

My friend had never been to St Augustine, so I took her to see the Christmas lights. Bella Bay was basically across the street, making it a short walk to the historic district. Great place for an overnight stay. If staying longer I would request a room with the kitchenette.

Parking was free...but it was 8 blocks away at an apartment building. Tub faucet broke and the room had no water or snacks. Just not at all what we expected!! The location was good for restaurants.

Location was perfect and the staff were wonderful. We would definitely stay there again and we will recommend it to our friends and family. That said, it’s definitely time for new carpeting. It’s at the end of its life.

Room was good and location was walking distance to almost all areas a tourist would visit. Only reason I would not stay there again is due to the restaurant/bar located below the rooms. It’s a party at all hours up to 1am.

I was very impressed with our room. We had the top floor, the view was amazing. It was a very beautiful room, I will be staying here the next time I visit St Augustine.
