Spacious room with the start of elements of modernisation. Bathroom still very dated, but hopefully a work in progress if the rest of the room is anything to go by. Noce to have a table to eat at plus lounge chairs as well and a King Size Bed! Very comfortable. Deers were a bonus for families with kids loving thr chance to see and feed them.

It was lovely staying at the Deer Park Motor inn, their USP is deers, very well maintained and affordable. We and our daughter loved playing with deers and feeding them. Definitely if we are going to come again to Armidale it’s going to our stay.
