On arrival I was asked how much I paid,then told my room had been upgraded to a family room, but there was no TV. I pointed out the single room I had booked had a TV, after 'the boss' was called, the boss argued the upgraded room was better. It wasn't until I said I was not happy and would never stay there again, then I got the room I booked.
The place was filthy
Bathroom - shower mouldy, shower head was hanging to the floor, the holder was broken. Toilet was filthy, had 'dribble' down the front, with dust stuck to it.
Bed - after showering, the bed was pulled back to reveal 3 small blood spots.
Air conditioner - worked, very old only had 2 speeds for the fan, both were high with very limited temp, warm or cold also noisy.
The only positive was Yvonne at reception she was lovely and very helpful.
The parking space allocated to my room had another guests car, which he was asked to move.
You can do much better than this below par accomodation.
The kitchenette was a microwave, kettle (that had to be filled with a cup as it could not fit under the bathroom tap) some crockery and cutlery in a plastic container and a toaster. The small fridge, was OK the freezer was totally frosted up.
