We paid for two nights and got moved from our room with our notification and didn’t get some of our stuff back. All of our stuff was in an out bag in the office.

Yuck!!!

The cleanliness was a -1000 negative unbelievable and was disgusting. Please take that Hotel off your list. Towels were dirty and it did not meet the adequate need. We had to stay there because we were already late for our event.

Looks good on the site, but… the pics are deceptive. The place is not well kept, the staff had no idea the ice machine was not working, the fridge was so iced over, was not used or possibly even cleaned in recent past. Worst of all, THE HOT WATER DIDN’T EXIST!!! Save the inconvenience and stay elsewhere.

Worst stay ever!!!!!!

This was the worst ever. When we got in the room I noticed that the security lock on the door frame was some what loose. Well I opened the door to see if it would still work. Nope!!! The door frame was broken in 3 or 4 pieces. I told the front desk about it but was told there was nothing that he could do about. I did not feel safe in there with my daughter. I told him that but he said he couldn’t move us rooms since they were booked for the weekend. Room was disgusting like it had never been cleaned.
Food I’m assuming splattered on the walls from before we checked in.
Still not sure what was in the drawers.
Bathroom had mold or just dirty spots all over the walls and the hair dryer didn’t work.

Poor customer service, room a little shabby

When I went to check in, two guys in the office wouldn’t even look at me, much less greet me or assist me. Had to stand and watch them for about 5-10 minutes before they asked for my ID and credit card. Finally paid, but there was not even an attempt at politeness or guest service at all. Room was so-so, spacious, and relatively clean, but looked kinda rundown - shower bar looked broken and ready to fall off, pieces of plaster falling off the wall. Not the best, but I guess it was ok for the $82-$91 piece I paid.

I would never stay here ever again. Linen on beds was dirty and stained, it was hair stuck to the bathroom door and in the shower. Floor was dirty food and crumbs in between bed and nightstand. Holes in the bathroom door red stains on lamp shades and food or blood stains on walls.
