The first room was very cold and after the first night we were moved to the room next door. That room was not very clean in the bathroom because I always use Clorox wipes to sanitize hard surfaces. The bathroom counter around the sink was totally NASTY!!! The beds were clean enough aside from the fact of the "used duvets" that are not properly enclosed in a cover. I DO NOT want a strangers used blanket touching me. That is totally unhygienic. The water in the shower was WONDEFUL!! Lots of hot water and great pressure. The shower curtain was iffy. Who knows how many bodies touched it. The staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful. Housekeeping was NOT! I finally brought my own towels from home. It was difficult to find Housekeeping and they did not respond in a timely manner. Breakfast was good. Except for New Years Day when we received 1 GROSS muffin each and 1/2 a glass of orange juice. A credit for another restaurant would have been more appropriate.
